Chagos Urgent Question

This afternoon I called for the Minister for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development about his understanding of the UK's membership of the International Courts of Justice and whether it is really the ICJ he is concerned about or a different court. 

The Labour Party may claim that the Diego Garcia base on the Chagos Island was unsustainable and their deal makes it sustainable but I'd argue that paying £19 billion to Mauritius is indefensible.
